Provider Eligibility & Background Screening
At Cleansly, the safety of our customers, the integrity of our platform, and the professionalism of our provider community are our highest priorities. Every provider application undergoes a review process before approval.
As part of this process, applicants may be required to complete identity verification, provide proof of insurance, submit applicable business documentation, and consent to a background screening.
Our review may include, but is not limited to:

Criminal history review

Identity verification

Driving history (when applicable)

Business license verification (where required)

Proof of liability insurance

Review of prior customer service or professional conduct, when available
Each application is evaluated individually. Certain criminal convictions, pending criminal charges, violent offenses, sexual offenses, crimes involving fraud, theft, abuse, or other conduct that may present a safety or trust concern may result in denial of an application or removal from the Cleansly platform. Cleansly considers the nature of the offense, its relevance to the services being offered, the time elapsed, evidence of rehabilitation when appropriate, and other relevant factors, consistent with applicable law.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Cleansly reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove any provider from the platform when necessary to protect our customers, providers, brand, or community.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge and consent to Cleansly’s screening, verification, and review process.
After You’re Approved:
You’ll receive instructions to complete onboarding — including uploading a W9, signing the provider agreement, and adding bank info for payouts. This step is required to go live on the app and begin receiving jobs.
