Delete Your Cleansly Account and Data

We’re sorry to see you go. If you no longer wish to use Cleansly, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account:

• In the app:
  Go to Profile → Account Actions → Delete Account and All Data

• By email request:
  Email us at info@cleanslyapp.com and request full account deletion.
  We will process all requests within 7 business days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

• Your profile, photos, and personal data will be permanently removed.

• Booking history and transaction records will be deleted (unless we’re legally required to retain them for tax or fraud prevention).

• You will no longer be able to access the Cleansly app or website.
